Hall Rental Rates & Procedures

Our rental rates are based on 4 hours of use of our facilities. The fee for rental is $250 which includes security and clean up. In addition to this charge we require a $100 escrow deposit. This escrow will be returned after your event if damages do not occur.

We will reserve a tentative rental date for up to 15 days. If a signed contract and escrow deposit is not received within 15 days of verbal agreement, we can not continue to reserve the requested date.

If there is a cancellation prior to 45 days of the rental, we will return the escrow deposit.

All rental charges must be paid 10 days prior to the rental date

Arrangements can be made with the rental officer for decoration of the hall prior to the rental date. (1 1/2 hour maximum )

The basic rental rate includes use of the hall with rectangle tables, chairs, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pot, and gas range if used for warming food. Be advised that this facility does not have air conditioning. We will do every thing possible to make your guests comfortable.

Should you choose to have your affair catered, our kitchen facilities can be rented at a cost of $150. This includes the use of our ovens for cooking food, dishes, eating utensils and dishwasher. If the dishes, eating utensils and dishwasher are not used, the rental rate for the kitchen is $100. This rate does not apply if your caterer is bring already prepared food to the premises.

If you want to extend the rental time beyond 4 hours, contact the security officer at your event. Each additional hour of rent is $70. The full hourly rate will apply to a partial hour that exceeds 30 minutes.

All alcoholic beverages must be provided by yourself , however we are not responsible for the actions of your guests.  Also the sale of Alchoholic Beverages is strictly prohibited.  Appropriate behavior is expected from your guests during the rental. Any incidents of vandalism, illegal substances, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and the proper authorities will be notified immediately. The $100 deposit will not be refunded.
